Soured Cream and Chive Dip

Description

Either with potatoes, or as a stand alone dip, this remarkably easy side dish is one to have at the ready.

Ingredients

  • 150 mg soured cream
  • 1 teaspoon chives, snipped

Instructions

  1. Pour the soured cream into a bowl
  2. Add chives
  3. Stir thoroughly
  4. Chill for 15-30 mins before serving
