Harbour Cycles is Loughborough Junction’s community cycle shop, where locals can buy new and refurbished bicycles, parts and accessories, and have their bicycles repaired (often on the spot too). The Fox dates from the 18th century, when it was situated further down Demark Hill and known as Little Denmark Halls. Later, it was called The Fox Under Hill, replaced in 1874, but destroyed during World War II. It was then rebuilt up Demark Hill and is now a Wetherspoon pub.

Plot holders are a group of South Londoners and on these 480 plots grow all types of fruits, vegetables, plants and produce. The Community Building, available for hire to the public, holds the resource centre and is used for a range of purposes. The Stores, which open at weekends, sell compost, fertilisers, seeds, tools and other allotment essentials to RAA members.
