Can I change my bag / add to my order?
Yes, you can add to or change your order.
Follow these instructions to cancel your bag:
- You need to register changes to your order by midday Thursday for delivery the following week.
- Go to the homepage and go to log in in the top right corner.
- Log in using your username and password. This will bring up your account page.
- Click on Edit a current order or Orders in the top right.
- You can change / add to or remove items from your order
- Confirm all changes. Note if you don't have a valid payment method, you won't be able to charge your order until this is updated.
If you increase your order value then the payment will be debited immediately, however, if you reduce your order value the payment as GoCardless cannot process refunds we appropriately re-adjust the following month's payment to reflect any monies owed.
