Description

A different take on the traditional pancake, this delicious Korean recipe could make up part of your pancake day offering.  

Ingredients

1⁄2  
carrot (grated)
1  
swede (grated)
1⁄2  
leek or courgette (copped/grated)
2  
Spring onions (finely chopped )
2 T
flour
1  
egg (beaten )
1 t
Soy sauce
   
salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Mix everyhting into a bowl 

2. Warm up skillet or frying pan

3. place mixture into 4 portions  onto skillet/frying pan and cook  on each side until golden brown 

4. Serve warm.

Notes

The vegetables outlined above can be interchanged with vergetables of your choice.
