A healthy dip to have with crackers, within a salad or with bruschetta.
- 180g artichokes
- 300g tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 2 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 4 tablespoon black olives
A simple recipe: prep all veg by chopping them all the same size. Then in a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients. Serve chilled, or at room temperature
