Asian style Black Spanish Radish

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb spanish radishes, cut into cubes
  • 0.25 cup rice wine or white wine vinegar
  • 1 onion
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Sautee radishes and onion in 1 tablespoon of oil for 2 minutes
  2. Add vinegar and water, cook until translucent and tender
  3. Add honey and cook until honey is dissolved
