Asian style Black Spanish Radish
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb spanish radishes, cut into cubes
- 0.25 cup rice wine or white wine vinegar
- 1 onion
- 0.25 cup water
- 2 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Sautee radishes and onion in 1 tablespoon of oil for 2 minutes
- Add vinegar and water, cook until translucent and tender
- Add honey and cook until honey is dissolved
