|A healthier alternative to traditional pigs in a blanket.|carrots|1 package of puff pasty12 carrots cut to small batons about 5cm long to make about 24 batons2 tbsp olive oilsalt and pepper to taste1 handful fresh dill chopped|Take the puff pastry out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature. Pre-heat the oven to 430 F / 220 C and prepare a baking try with parchment paperBoil the carrots until tender. Drain and let them coolNext heat the olive oil in a pan and pan-fry the carrots until golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste and transfer the carrots to a bowlMix the carrots with the chopped fresh dillRoll out the puff pastry on a floured surface. Cut out 24 squares and roll a carrot into every square giving the pastry a little pinch to seal the ends together. Put the pastries seal side down on the baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden|10.00 minutes|6|
