Pears With Blue Cheese and Prosciutto


Make this dish as a quick fire starter with close friends.


  • 2 pears, each cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup rocket
  • 3 oz blue cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 6 oz sliced prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise


  1. In a large bowl, toss the pears and lemon juice
  2. Layer a slice of pear, an few rocket leaves, and a piece of cheese on a piece of prosciutto and roll up.
