Quick Celeriac Remoulade

Ingredients

  • 7 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 celeriac, approx 650g
  • toast to serve
  • watercress to serve
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Peel, quarter and grate celeriac. Stir into sauce until evenly coated. Serve with toast and watercress.

Notes

The remoulade will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.
