Roasted Swede with Parmesan
Roasted swede with parmesan
- 1 swede, peeled and cut into chips
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 50g grated parmesan
Par boil the swede to start the cooking process.
Preheat the oven to 200c.
Toss the swede, rosemary, oilve oil, 40g of the parmesan and crushed garlic together.
Spread out in a single layer on a roasting tin.
Season and sprinkle over the remaining parmesan.
Roast for 30 mins till golden and cooked through. Turn during cooking to prevent sticking.
Serve with roast or grilled meats, or without meat with a spicy tomato sauce or lime and yogurt dipping sauce.
