Apple, Kiwi Green Smoothie
Apples and kiwis give a sweet and tart balance to your favourite green leafy in this smoothie. Try it for a breakfast, snack or healthy sweet treat.
- 50 g soft leafy greens, such as watercress or spinach
- 4 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 3 apples, cored, peeled and chopped
- mint leaves, optional
Put all the ingredients together in a blender, and add enough water just to cover them. Blend until it is thouroughly mixed and liquidized. Enjoy as is or serve over ice.
