Wild Garlic and Cheese Omelette
Wild garlic and cheese omlette
- 50g wild garlic, finely chopped
- 4 large eggs, Lightly beaten and seasoned
- 25g butter
- 50g crumbly cheese, Cheshire or goat's cheese works well
Melt half the butter in a non stick frying pan, add half the wild garlic and wilt.
Add half the egg and cook, using preferred method. When omlette is set underneath but still liquid on top, add half the cheese. Fold over the omlette and leave for 20 seconds or so till the cheese has melted.
Repeat to make another omelette and serve.
