|Roasted swede with parmesan|swede|1 swede peeled and cut into chips2 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon rosemary leaves2 cloves of garlic crushed50g grated parmesan|Par boil the swede to start the cooking process.Preheat the oven to 200c.Toss the swede rosemary oilve oil 40g of the parmesan and crushed garlic together.Spread out in a single layer on a roasting tin.Season and sprinkle over the remaining parmesan.Roast for 30 mins till golden and cooked through.
