To save energy cook in the oven the same time as whatever else youre cooking.|butternut squash pumpkin squash|Peel of 2 medium squash (try to peel in long strips)2 teaspoons of olive oilSalt and pepperFavourite seasoning such as paprika or curry powder (optional)|Pre-heat the oven to 200CMake sure the peel is completely dry before you use it. Place it in a bowl with the olive oil salt and pepper and optional seasonings of your choice. Gently mix well with your hands so that all the peel is evenly coated.Lay the peel flat on a greased baking tray. You may need two trays.Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
